"Bluebells and Narcissus", oil on panel, 8"x 10" unframed, 11"x13" framed
Narcissus is just another name for daffodil. Also jonquil is in the daff family, too! Bluebells, however, are commonly known as Virginia Bluebells. They proliferate in the spring and are so, so pretty next to the yellows and oranges of the daffodils! The vase in this painting is a new acquisition and is called a Mint Julep Cup...I think it's supposed to hold liquor (duh), but I think it's perfect as a vase!
Bluebells and Narcissus
All artwork will be safely and securely wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon ready for giving, gifting, and receiving. I use acid-free wrapping products so as not to damage the goods. Paintings will be shipped in corrugated boxes with frame protectors. Please allow sufficient time for packages to arrive with the holiday rush. Packages will be shipped using either USPS, UPS, or FedEx. I use the Shippo application to send all my packages, and I will select the best possible mode of transportation unless otherwise directed.
